My career foundation was built on supporting leadership teams—starting as an Executive Assistant and eventually growing into a Chief of Staff role across diverse industries, including B2B sales, B2C sales, luxury hospitality, and SaaS startups

Working up the ranks over the course of my 16+ year career assisting executive leadership teams and managing multiple multimillion dollar projects, I gained a unique understanding of the logistical ailments facing an Executive or Business Owner’s daily schedule.

Business Owners and Executive’s succeed when they are 1. managing their time effectively, and 2. able to maintain a fresh birds-eye view of all operations, projects and communication streams.

For a small business owner, without the proper executive support in place, it is almost impossible to achieve this, when the day-to-day minutia overweighs the ability to see things from a larger perspective.
